When Jay and Lynn Hays first met, they could not have imagined where their story would lead. Twenty-six years later, they have built a beautiful life filled with four children, meaningful traditions, shared meals, plenty of adventures, and more blessings than they ever expected.

Sugar Mill Pond was not originally part of their plan either. After renting in the neighborhood, it took the Hays family only one month to realize they had found the community where they truly belonged.

There's nothing better than a room full of neighbors. ❤️

We had a wonderful evening at our Stroll Sugar Mill Pond Neighborhood Night Out at Poor Boy's Riverside Inn! From delicious food to great conversations, it was a night filled with laughter, new friendships, and meaningful connections.

These events are one of our favorite ways to bring the magazine to life by giving our Stroll partners the opportunity to meet the neighbors they serve and build relationships beyond the pages of the magazine.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and to the incredible team at Poor Boy's Riverside Inn for hosting such a memorable evening. We can't wait to see you at the next one!
