Tech Trails

Touching History in Nature is the best experience for and Here is an honest truth I see so many go through this park often hardly get out of their for no more than 5 minutes and move on to the next spot. Almost look like drive-thru park views. This is my observations living in and out of the park. We keep the numbers down by not going to the valley park on high season peak where visitors are concentrated by 95% of visitors and only 5% go and use 95% of Yosemite’s wilderness. Even the big rock walks around the valley floor are considered wilderness and require permits if staying on the walls for extended days. Still there are grinding holes commonly found in the park and out the park. Where the natives use to live in and around Yosemite. These grinding hole are past human activities processing their acorn harvest as well as to meet and gather. I have seen many of these across Southern California too. One of the first sightings I got to learn and understand the meanings when I first arrived in California. Living history in the wild spaces is fascinating to me. Truly blessed 😇

FLAWSOME COACHING - DINNER WITH SCIENTIST (AAUW MARIPOSA)

I am sharing what I did in my previous career in the Engineering and Technical fields. Found myself invited by the local community in Yosemite area women like me invested their career in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math). I realised not only was I sharing about this career to these young beautiful high school students entering the real world of professional career but I found myself also coaching few of these girls about their own potential career path.

I realised now why my gut feelings was telling me to sign myself up to the HMBA lsst April at the HCI Live Phoenix 2018 and take this to the next level because I believe I can potentially coach anyone on any problem many people can not always do alone. We all need support and accountability and I am learning too. I never imagined my career would changed so fast in a short time. I am so pumped getting on board to what’s to come with HCI Tribe. I like to be successful in this business in what I believe is right and know you all do too.

My message for you if you are given the opportunity to share your journey and stories like I did here, give it your time and you compassion to share what you care most specially to young women who are just learning and starting their own journey in life which I wished I had available when I was their age. Proud to becoming a Masterful Coach in Health with Health Coach Institute. Proud to be a woman of colour with diverse passion for life, co-creating current and future differences to many and finally sharing how indigenous lifestyle can be of benefits to many chronic health problems many of us experienced, directly or indirectly. I am optimistic!

Mariposa AAUW was thrilled to take a group of MCHS 9th-12th grade female students to UC Merced last night to enjoy an evening of dining and Q & A table talks with professional women who chose careers in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). Students were thoroughly engaged in two rounds of table discussions. It was a completely successful evening. Thanks so much to Trish Gilger, MyIP, for developing this event - this was the sixth year! Thanks also to Marilyn Saunders, AAUW DWS Event Coordinator; our keynote speakers; the many professional scientists who donated their time and expertise in spending an evening inspiring our high school attendees, and the many sponsors including UC Merced School of Natural Sciences, UC Merced School of Social Sciences, Humanities and Arts, MyIP, Tavis Corportaion, and MCHS Academic Boosters Club.

Today is the beginning of my cleanse with my Health Coach Tribes and today also happens to be the first day opening for the local and what an amazing way to start my cleanse. I love when moments like these are in sync. I feel so blessed and greatful. Today Farmers Market produce favourite is Watercress.

Showing these ladies what I wanted to out of these fast sequences of images, which I plan to stich together. Since being back I had a lot to catch up with my work in the Aerospace and continuing training for my Health Coaching and then maintaining my Outdoorsy Lifestyle/Photography. Life is good when you can finally feel a breath of fresh air.
