The first of our silkworm class pets has started to cocoon!! my students will come back on Monday to a surprise present of silk.

Tiny designers in the making 🐛✨
Our classroom silkworms are hard at work enjoying their daily mulberry meal—and quietly producing one of the most important fibers in fashion history. From cocoon to couture, this is where fashion truly begins!
My students are getting a firsthand look at the origins of silk and the role natural fibers play in the fashion industry. It’s messy, fascinating, and honestly… kind of adorable.

THANK YOU - truly, from the bottom of my heart 💙

To every teacher who followed my store, left a kind review, or chose to use my work in your classroom - thank you. Your support means more than I can ever fully express.

I just received my 2025 TOT yearbook and, I’m honestly blown away by the statistics. Seeing my resources reach teachers around the world 🌎 and learning that I landed in the top 1% of sellers on TPT this year was incredibly humbling.

What these numbers don’t show is the bigger picture. This past year was a really difficult one for my family and this small but steady income truly helped us make it through some hard moments. This wasn’t just a win on paper -it was real support when we needed it most.

Creating resources for teachers has always been about serving classrooms, but this year it also supported my family in a way I will never forget. 💛

Thank you for believing in my work, trusting it with your students, and being part of this journey with me. I’m so grateful for this community and excited for what’s ahead .

Sneak Peek: Coming NEXT WEEK!

I’m so excited to share a behind-the-scenes look at a brand new project I’ve been working on for fashion classrooms!

This set includes 50 oversized (17“ x 22“) fashion designer research posters where students dive deep into iconic designers, document key facts, and sketch two of the designers most famous looks – all in one visually engaging format.

Perfect for gallery walks, hallway, displays, or portfolio–worthy work, these posters are designed to get students researching, analyzing, and thinking like designers.
