Enjoy a scenic out and back course along Chesapeake Avenue, featuring stunning views of the Chesapeake Bay. This family friendly event features a 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run for all the runners and walkers in your family. All proceeds from the the 27th Annual 5K by the Bay benefit the Riverside Rehabilitation Institute Make a Difference Fund, which benefits patients who need assistance with their medical care.

PACKET PICK-UP: Today at Point 2 Running Company from 12PM-6PM.
While you are there show your bib and take advantage of 25% off one in-stock apparel or apparel accessory item. Friday is also Happy Hour from 3-7 which means 20% off nutrition products.
Remember if someone is picking up your bib, they need to have the authorization form linked below.

We are proud to support the Dr. Brandon D. Rogers Memorial Fund as this years race charity! Dr. Rogers sadly passed away last year but was an amazing physician and singer who impacted the lives of thousands through his work!

A Flat-Out Events tradition is to always celebrate every runner; no matter if you're first or last. Today our final finisher was Rob, a stroke survivor and former patient of Riverside Rehabilitation Institute who walked the 5K and embodies what it means to live Flat-Out. Congratulations to Rob and all of our finishers today!
