This bright, herb filled mustard potato salad is made with our Spring Herb Finishing Vinegar. You can find it this week at:
• Fates Bread Company inside New Eastern Market on Friday

Tender potatoes, fresh herbs, gentle tang. This potato salad is right at home beside grilled vegetables, chicken, or summer lunch outdoors.
Dave is especially proud of this one, and honestly… we think he may be right. So we're sharing the recipe in the comments so you can make it anytime with our Spring Herb Finishing Vinegar.
Simple ingredients. Bright flavor. Recipe in the comments so you can make it too!

Hi Friends,
As 2025 comes to a close, we want to grab a seat with you for a moment and say thank you.
Locally Seasoned exists to bring depth, warmth, and curiosity to everyday cooking. We want to help you make something quietly special, whether it’s a simple weeknight meal or a table shared with friends.
In 2025, our stand at New Eastern Market became a place where that philosophy came to life. It was a stop in your routine, a conversation over a spoonful of something yummy. Watching familiar faces return each week remind us what makes this community so special.
As we prepare to step away from the stand, we’re grateful for how meaningful that chapter became. Beginning in 2026, Fates Bread Co. will take over the space. Faith brings intention, craft and heart to her work. (I am personally excited to see her carry the stand forward.)
Before we go, please visit us on December 31st, our final day at New Eastern Market, so we can thank you.
Though our footprint is shifting, our purpose remains the same. We’re still cooking for you. We are still developing small batch chutneys, spice blends, and pantry staples. Each designed to elevate your meal. Our recipes, stories, and emails are meant to meet you where you are. We hope they offer inspiration without excess, guidance without pressure.
This year also allowed us to share our work more widely through events and collaborations as we:
*Completed our ninth year of monthly cooking classes with Leg Up Farmers Market (Wait. What?)
*Partnered with YCEA and the BLOOM Business Empowerment Center to teach pricing strategies for small food businesses. (There is a ton of mathing in our field and it took me forever to figure it out. So I was happy to share a little of what I learned over the years.)
*Traveled to Delaware for both Winterthur’s summer Artisan and winter Holiday Markets. (We made some really great friends here!)
*Cooked for you at Horn Farm’s Wild & Uncommon Weekend Pawpaw Fest and all year through fresh and frozen prepared foods at our market stand and through our partnership with Main Street Market in Glen Rock.
*Collaborated with Chef Jim and John Wright Restaurant for his pawpaw themed dinner which included our Pawpaw & Mixed Fruit Chutney over salmon (It was very hard for me not to fan girl Chef Jim!)
*Partnered with Dick & Judy Bono of The Gardener of the Owl Valley on a class about cooking with pawpaw. (I could listen to them all day long.)
*Joined forces with Louie Louie Seafood and Godfrey Brothers Meats to bring you our very best Valentines Day, Easter and Thanksgiving dishes and pies.
*Prepared a very special ayurvedic style menu for a day retreat hosted by Art of Wellbeing and Joyful Vibrations.
*Wrapped up shooting some PA Preferred videos produced by PA Eats. (What an honor!)
At its heart, Locally Seasoned is all about partnerships and connections. We are incredibly grateful for your friendships and support, It’s a privilege and a reminder that what we do still matters.
Looking ahead to 2026, Locally Seasoned enters our tenth year in the business of culinary exploration and storytelling. We’re leading with integrity and curiosity:
*Scaling back to bring you more of the why behind what we make.
*Slowing down to nurture a resilient, connected community.
*Balancing life because our commitment to you remains unchanged: exceptional flavors, nourishing thoughts, delicious living.
Exciting new projects are taking shape, and we look forward to sharing them with you. If you follow along with our emails or on social media, we invite you to stay close as things unfold. on Facebook & Instagram.
Thank you for welcoming Locally Seasoned into your kitchens and your lives. It’s a privilege we hold with deep gratitude.
