I have been making cakes since June of 2010. I have had no formal training nor have I taken any classes on cake decorating.
Creating creative and fun cakes has become a way for me to combine my interest in art with doing something fun! The Cake Gallerie makes custom, specialty cakes for all occasions. Using fondant as a base and to create one of a kind decorations, we will take your vision and create a cake to your specific wishes.
