For the past 5years I've been on a health journey to lose weight and get back my confidence. If you can imagine it I once was honestly 216lbs 😬 and climbing.

One day I had enough and got serious about living again after a bad accident and eating habits. I found what worked for me and was simply and got to work...
It wasn't easy but it was the only option I gave myself day in and day out.

-70lbs gone for good and today we start a new chapter...slim Thickness!
