Dear Class of 1986,

It’s time to celebrate 40 years of memories, friendships, and Sacred Heart spirit! Join us on Saturday, November 7, 2026 for a special reunion celebration.

The festivities will begin on the Sacred Heart High School campus with a school tour and Mass, followed by an evening celebration at Dunwoodie Golf Course.

Reunion Timeline:

⛪ 5:00 PM - Mass (the Class of 1986 will be honored and recognized)

The Sacred Heart High School Class of 1996 came together on Saturday, June 27, to celebrate their 30th Reunion!

Thirty classmates gathered at Rory Dolan’s on McLean for an evening filled with joy, laughter, and renewed friendships. Although three decades have passed since graduation, this close-knit class picked up right where they left off - sharing stories of life’s journeys, reminiscing about their days at the Heart, and creating new memories together.

Congratulations to the Class of 1996 on 30 wonderful years! Here’s to a lifetime of Sacred Heart pride, lasting friendships, and many more reunions to come.

The Sacred Heart High School Class of 1966 gathered on Wednesday, June 24, to celebrate an incredible milestone - their 60th class reunion!

More than 30 classmates came together at Gianna’s on Broadway to reconnect, reminisce about cherished teachers and faculty, share memories of class trips, and honor classmates who have passed with a heartfelt moment of silence.

The bond of the Heart community truly lasts a lifetime, and that enduring connection was on full display during this memorable celebration. Congratulations to the Class of 1966 on 60 wonderful years of friendship and Heart pride!

📣 Big news, Sacred Heart family! 🎉

We’re excited to announce that our community has successfully met the $25,000 Matching Challenge for Phase 1 of our Gym Modernization Campaign!

A heartfelt thank you to the generous donor who made this challenge possible and to every alum, family member, friend, and supporter who contributed. Because of your generosity, we are one step closer to transforming our gym and enhancing the student-athlete experience for years to come.

While we celebrate this milestone, the work continues. To complete Phase 1 and build momentum for the remaining phases of this four-phase campaign, we are currently raising funds for:

🏀 A new scoring table
🪑 Sideline chairs
🏐 A volleyball net system
⚾ A pitching machine

✨ Thank you to our Sacred Heart community for joining us last Thursday as we celebrated the Soft Reopening of our gymnasium!

Guests took a walk down memory lane in the high school breezeway, exploring a photo display that showcased both the remarkable transformation of the gym and more than 60 years of games, pep rallies, and special moments that have united our community.

The evening featured a blessing of the renewed space by Father Bob, the unveiling of our new bleachers, and inspiring reflections from student speakers Dayron ’27 and Kathleen ’28.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our alumni, donors, families, and community partners, we are nearing completion of Phase 1 of our Gym Modernization Campaign. Major upgrades—including the gym floor, bleachers, skylight, and partition—are now complete.
To fully finish Phase 1, we are raising funds for essential athletic equipment that will support our 24 sports teams during the 2026–2027 school year, including:

🏀 A new scoring table
🪑 Sideline chairs
🏐 A volleyball net system
⚾ A pitching machine

Completing this phase will restore full functionality and accessibility to the gymnasium, bringing our students back to their home court for athletics, physical education, and community-building activities.

⛳☘️ Thank you to everyone who joined us at Dunwoodie for our 13th Annual Golf Outing!

We were fortunate to enjoy a beautiful day on the course, but even more fortunate to witness our incredible Sacred Heart community come together in support of our school. With more than 125 golfers, 20 additional dinner guests, 14 student volunteers, and members of our faculty and administrative teams in attendance, it was a wonderful celebration of Sacred Heart pride.

🏌️‍♂️🏌️‍♀️ The festivities continued after a great day on the green as we heard inspiring remarks from student speakers Sadie ’29 and Aithor ’27. We were also proud to honor Timothy Flynn ’83 with the Dedicated Alumni Award in recognition of his leadership and commitment to advancing Sacred Heart’s four-phase Gym Modernization Campaign and strengthening the future of our athletic facilities.
