A Class Reunion is in the works!
Class of ‘79 has started the ball rolling and is inviting the Class of ‘78, ‘80, ‘81 & ‘82!
So far there is a date and place.
August 17th at Hoops!
There’s going to be a band and happy hour prices on drinks all night with a wristband purchased at the door!
More info as we continue the planning.
Get ready for some serious reminiscing!

Ok, I woke up with a CRAZY thought/idea.
Since Yakima is still in Phase 2, and probably will be for quite a while, what about moving the reunion to a place that is open?

Every reunion we ask classmates and family to travel home. What if home travels this time?

Well, Class of 1980, looks like our reunion is not going to happen.
We can’t have a gathering of more than 50 people until Yakima is in Phase 4. We are still in Phase 1 and it’s already June. Finding a place is hard because of the uncertainty.
I’m not ready to throw in the towel.
I will see what we can cook up. Maybe two venues close to each other?

I hate the NOT KNOWING!

With the responses the survey received, August will be the month. Waiting to hear from a venue, to pick a weekend.
It's hard to pick a date when places aren't sure they'll be able to open for a large group.

I'll post updates as soon as I know more

Hey everyone this is Teresa Cook. I need to see who would like to take over planning our 40th reunion. I just can’t at this time I’ve got a lot going on to be honest.
I’m sorry if it’s short notice but I’ve tried to get motivated and things have just come up healthwise personal wise and I need help.
Carol Webster Pogorelc Was a tremendous help for our 30th and she would be an awesome helper I just don’t want to put a lot of it on her.
If anyone would like to take charge I would really appreciate it I would still be able to help I just can’t put as much time into it as I thought I could and I figured I better put the word out now. Honestly I am a huge procrastinator. I even procrastinated starting this post. But as each day goes by it gets closer and closer to the time where this needs to get done so I’m very sorry if I am going to disappoint anyone especially you Carol

Now that that has been resolved, I will set up a poll soon. To get ideas of when, where, what, etc.
