You don’t realize how valuable your lungs are...
Until climbing a few stairs leaves you out of breath.
The good news?
Your body is incredibly adaptable.
You don’t need to become a runner.
You don’t need to join a gym.
You don’t need to train like an athlete.
You just need to move.
Walk.
Bike.
Hike.
Dance.
Play with your kids.
Take the long way home.
Every time you move, your lungs get a little stronger.
Your heart pumps a little better.
Your body gets a little more efficient.
And those small improvements add up.
More energy.
Less fatigue.
Better health.
A longer, more active life.
The goal isn't to become the fittest person in the room.
The goal is to build a body that lets you enjoy life without being limited by it.

✅️ May is over, performance around the world have been crazy!!!

was massive this year, massive congrats to my friend for making this brilliant event happening.
And of course dominating for the second year in the row 🥇
, and road race where also on the menu for many other talented athletes.
Coach is enjoying some time in France with old athletic crew in order to prepare for the World Championships 🌎

🏆 Taking the WIN in FRANCE 🇫🇷
Lyon was special to me. I grew up in Lyon up to my 18th birthday until travelling the world.
Moreover, racing with my long time friend with whom we used to race 800m at lightspeed back then 🚀
We both live for the same passion to perform and transmit our knowledge to inspiring athletes.

Another crazy month went pretty well for the athletes following
Lots of PBs, many flags, and most of all, only smiles 😃
