Rainy days in Eastern NC = perfect excuse to level up ☔📚

Spent the afternoon with the latest Harvard Business Review (“Why Great Innovations Fail to Scale” 👏), and it inspired a few fresh updates to Business Talk — including a brand-new entry: Bridger Leadership.

Because great ideas don’t fail from lack of brilliance… they fail from lack of alignment. The real magic? Leaders who connect silos, align incentives, and build bridges instead of turf walls.
