Yo!
I’m back y’all! (also down south so I’ve got to speak the part 😂)
My baby’s about to be 7 months old, is taking decent naps, and my toddler goes to daycare 2-3x per week, it’s time for mama to do something for herself.
I wanted to pick something i KNOW is effective, but not too daunting. This is why I love my Netflix of workouts, I selected a 21 day program that will bring me right up until Christmas 🎄
Day 1 is done and in the books. Plyo leg day 😅 check back later to see how walkings going…

Unfortunately, it’s something I’ve completely overlooked this pregnancy just due to, you know, life. 🤦🏽♀️

✔️Being healthy doesn’t just mean losing fat and building muscle. It also means taking care of your body on a nutritional, cellular level.
✔️to combat my lack of water drinking, I’m filling one of these 32 oz cups every morning and trying to finish it before nap time around 11, and then refilling it.

Ok... I am SO EXCITED!! My challenge pack is on the way to me!!

What am I getting exactly? Well, I just re-upped my access to my “Netflix of fitness” and got some more superfood/mommy fuel coming my way.
..
To say I’m beyond excited is an understatement. This pregnancy, I’ve been feeling it. Between us moving halfway across the country to chasing after a toddler (look at that face!), I’ve felt the poor eating and lack of physical exercise TO MY BONES. I made the decision to take my physical health back and that’s starting with my nutrition and making sure I move my body on the daily (and not just to chase and wrangle a toddler 😂).

If you’re feeling the same feels, or maybe COVID quarantines have you down, reach out! We can do this together. I’ve got an AMAZING group of motivational people who pick me up when I need it, encourage me when I need a boost, and cheer me on the whole time- and we’re always down to add one more to our pack!

Here we go again!! In the spirit of the holidays and trying to stay healthy during a pandemic (while pregnant nonetheless), I'm getting back into my at home fitness.
This includes my workouts that I can stream right from my tv, phone, tablet (no gym reservations required!), daily superfoods to fuel my body and boost my engery, and a community of friends (who are more like family at this point) to support and motivate me.
I'm making this commitment to myself and my family to keep myself healthy, if this sounds like something you want to join me in, let me know! I want to get started now so for the new year, my routine will be a habit, not something I have to re-learn.

Theeeee SWEAT was flying today! 👏🏽 week 1, day 2 legs - damn!
