Sleep deprivation can lead to weight gain, type 2 diabetes, cognitive/emotional abnormalities, and increased blood pressure.
Please join the Nursing/Honors capstone students for some tea/coloring and to explore some causes of sleep deprivation on campus. Get a grab-and-go bag containing sleepy-time tea, clementines, and mandalas.
***Honors students who complete a research survey will earn events credit.
This event is part of an ongoing research study and Commonwealth Honors Project.
