Our very own Chris Chagnon has been recognized as a Top 25 Thought Leader in Technical Support Service Management by HDI!
Chris is an ITSM Application and Web Developer and is also pursuing his PhD in User Experience and Decision Making with respect to IT Service Management and Internet of Things. He has worked in the IT Field for over a decade producing award winning systems for innovating and streamlining service management systems while helping to improve the service experience.
