Through MAWOCC’s Intergenerational Leadership Academy for Women of Color, women are given space to learn, grow, connect, and build confidence in community.

ILA-WOC reflects MAWOCC’s belief that leadership development should be holistic. It is not only about skills, but also about identity, wellness, lived experience, mentorship, healing, and creating safe spaces where women of color can show up fully.
