Join us as we bring the revolution to the heart of it all! REFIT® is an uplifting REvolutionary FITness community and cardio dance experience that focuses on the heart as a muscle AND a soul. You don’t have to GET FIT in order to FIT at REFIT - our workouts are designed for EVERY body regardless of age, shape, size or ability. Exhilarating energy, rockin' rhythms, and heart-pumping cardio - transforming us all from the inside out! (Donations appreciated but not expected)

REFIT®️ tip of the week: bring a water bottle with you to class. Sometimes, when we're having fun, we forget the basics, like how staying hydrated is important during a workout, especially when you sweat. 💦 Just remember to sip what you drip!

Over the almost 9 years that I have been instructing, I have met some of the best people in my classes, some of whom are still faithfully attending every week, and I call them friends.
