It’s that time of year again! Reminder that next week is our semi annual vacation! Monday through Saturday July 21-27 we are closed! That’s all self defense and yoga classes! So join us this week, join us after the 27th, and enjoy your summer vacations! The Muay Thai is a separate program and will still be on!

Friendly reminder, we are closed for 4th of July weekend, all self-defense, jujitsu, and Muay Thai classes are closed. We reopen Monday on our regular schedule, stay safe and don’t forget to get your training in this summer, we’ll see you in classes soon!
