Tonight, Alexis represented the DeCoste Memorial Foundation and volunteered at a dinner for veterans and their spouses, giving her time to help honor those who have served.

She had the honor of listening to Castor, a 104-year-old World War II veteran and proud member of the Greatest Generation. She then shared her story of meeting a Holocaust survivor this summer. What a meaningful exchange between two generations whose experiences and courage should always be remembered.

I know her dad would be so proud of her not only giving back her time, but also to local veterans. โค๏ธ

May no veteran ever be forgotten. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

Today was a special day for the DeCoste Memorial Foundation. Alexis had the honor of presenting our first Rhode Island Veteran Education Grant to Army Veteran Desjardin Lima! โค๏ธ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

Watching her take part in the work we do in Scottโ€™s memory meant so much to me. And to everyone who has bought a ticket, made a donation, sponsored an event, or shared one of our posts: this is where your support goes. You helped a veteran take another step toward their education goals.

Weโ€™re also looking forward to this weekโ€™s comedy night! Join us for an evening of laughter, fun, and support for the DeCoste Memorial Foundation. Every ticket helps us continue honoring Scottโ€™s legacy, which includes supporting veterans in our community. Iโ€™ll add the ticket link belowโ€”hope to see you there!

Thank you for making moments like this possible. Scott would be so proud.

Today, on National POW/MIA Recognition Day, we pause to honor the American service members who were prisoners of war and those who remain missing.

Some came home. Some never did. Some are still missing.

More than 80,000 Americans remain unaccounted for from past conflicts. We remember their sacrifice, honor their families, and renew our promise to never stop remembering.

Until they all come homeโ€”You Are Not Forgotten. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ
