Community Service is the best way to get ready for Homecoming! 🗑️🧹

Woodson FFA and NHS members spent their Thursday evening picking up trash.

Homecoming is alway an exciting week for our community, thank you to all the students who showed up and helped make Woodson looks it’s best!

🧤Area IV Greenhand Leadership Conference!🧤

Tuesday started bright and early for our Greenhands as they headed to Abilene for a full day of learning, meeting new people and getting a bigger look at what FFA has to offer!

They joined nearly 550 FFA members from across Area IV for workshops covering FFA, leadership, personal growth and career success.

Our own Makenzi Nelson also spent the day representing the Wichita District as a District Officer and helping lead workshops.

It was a long day, but a good one! We can’t wait to see what these Greenhands do!

👏Wichita District Greenhand Camp! 👏

Such a fun morning at Morath Orchard! Our 8th graders joined roughly 200 Greenhands from across the Wichita District for a morning full of leadership, LDEs, agricultural production, and all things FFA!

🌟Makenzi served as a Wichita District Officer, helping plan and put on camp for these younger members. She gets to help lead and give the next group of Greenhands a great start to their FFA journey!

💪🏼Work hard. Earn big. 🏆

Exciting Greenhand moment! Miss Laynee Gray is our FIRST Greenhand to memorize all five paragraphs of the FFA Creed!
And that hard work came with a pretty great reward—Laynee earned her very own FFA jacket at NO COST!

Congratulations! 🎉

🍎 Fresh Country is here!

Woodson FFA members are selling Fresh Country now through September 15th!

If you need to stock the freezer, find a Woodson FFA member to order from, scan their QR code, or shop online here:

Choose Woodson FFA and then the student you would like to support when you order!

And if you don’t need anything — donations are an option too! Every $20 donated earns that student a point, just like selling a package does.

We’ve added a little fun for our members this year too!

🔊 For every 10 points earned, their name goes into the drawing for a Turtlebox Speaker!

🌎 Going the Distance Award — the student whose order comes from the farthest away will get a $20 gift card. So send those links to your friends and family near AND far!

📅 Orders and donations are due September 15th.

Thank you for your continued support of Woodson FFA and our kids!
