We’re so excited to share with you another wonderful way to use our raw honey!! 🍯
Backstory 👉🏼 (Lara, here 👋🏼) I made the genius decision to pick up a HOT glass candle jar the other day, only to burn my thumb & then drop said candle, splashing hot wax all over my just-burned thumb. 🫣 I may have screamed - it was painful.
I have been treating all minor burns on me & the kids with honey lately to “test” efficacy. This was definitely the worst burn I’ve treated with honey & once again, I am blown away. You can see the white skin in the photo where my thumb was burned. The skin feels loose, as if it had blistered, BUT IT NEVER DID. Every time I have used 🍯 on a burn, the skin has not blistered, the pain has been GREATLY reduced, & my healing time was quick.
🍯 Raw honey has anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, and anti-bacterial properties. Many studies show the efficacy of treating minor wounds with honey, but we are not medical professionals! Do your own research & use at your own discretion. 🙃
We are admittedly terrible about posting on social media, but as you know, the squeaky wheel gets the grease & it seems like one of our human or animal dependents is always squeaking 🤔😂 At least you know that when we do post, it’s from the heart ! 😉🙃
