Understanding risk management.

We get on the charts and analyze them but no matter what, the market will do what it wants. This is why I prefer trades that are 1:3 minimum. Here’s a break down why using a month of trades at 10 trades a week.

Week 1

7 losses equals -7
3 wins equals +9
Profit is +2

Week 2

6 losses equals -6
4 wins equals + 12
Profit is +6

Week 3

8 losses equals -8
2 wins equals +6
Profit -2

Week4

7 losses equals -7
3 wins equal +9
Profit is +2

So if this was a month you lost 28 trades and won 12. Yet your profit for the month is +8. If you’re risking 1% a trade that’s a 8% month.

Now hook that to trade copier connected to 10 100k accounts. Your profit for the month is a total of $64,000. Even though you lost 66% of your trades.

Most people fail at trading because they can’t stomach the losses. However you can be a trader who loses 70% of the time and be profitable.
