It’s almost easier to feel the lows than the highs. I’m here to work through the process with you. Our emotions teach us so much about ourselves. Let’s learn together!

Feelings are good! Difficult feelings are good! Positive feelings are good! When you can take the time to look at what your are feeling and why you are feeling that way, those are gifts to learn about yourself. So often we dismiss feelings, especially the really lows or the really highs. We are emotional beings! Don’t avoid the feels, feel the feels!!!

Words of wisdom from none other than Kermit the Frog, but seriously this made me smile and giggle. 😊 Some days are just better than others. Often it takes one little thing to set us down the spiral. Is being in a bad mood worth it? Who does it really effect? What does it really change?
Tuesdays are known for being the day of Transformation. This is your reminder that you have the power to change, to learn and to grow. You have the power to be who you want to be. You have the power to be in the mood you want to be in. You have the power to learn all you want to live the life you want. Have fun while doing it! It is all your choice!!
