Party for Pam

Party for Pam Party for Pam is a benefit to be held October 17th and 18th at The Ridges. On June 23rd Pam suffered a fall while getting ready for work.

When she fell she broke her C5 vertebrae in her neck. Because of the break, her spinal cord is severely injured and she has lost feeling and movement below her shoulders. She is currently at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago on the spinal cord floor working hard to see what the future will hold. While there is still lots of uncertainty, we do know that there will be tons of adaptation needed

in order for her to come "home" and have the greatest quality of life possible. With this benefit we are hoping that this amazing mother, grandmother, friend, coworker and dedicated community volunteer can have as much independence as possible and that she can remain the active person that we all know and love.
