As the new Board President, yesterday I had the honor and privilege of getting to give out diplomas to our graduating seniors as they walked across the stage during our commencement ceremony. This is by far one of the most honorable and humbling experiences I have ever had. I'm very grateful to the district for this opportunity.

To our graduates, it was an honor to shake all of your hands and send you on your way to all of your new adventures! I know you will go on to do great things!

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week to all of our wonderful teachers, aides and paras!! You all are what keeps everything going day in and day out and I want you to know that it does not go unseen. You are shaping the minds of the next generation, which is one of the most important jobs that exists. Thank you for all that you do!! ❤️❤️❤️

My family and I went to the RISE program Art Show last week. I was super impressed by the many beautiful items that these very special kids have made! My kids ran into some friends who are in the program who were super happy to see us and have the community support as well! ❤️

If you have the time, please go help our firemen and their families fill sand bags at the fire barn. My husband and I were there all day yesterday, and they could use more help!! Teens are welcome too!!

It's Election Day!!! Please get out and vote!! Small local elections matter! They can sometimes have an even bigger impact on us than the big elections in D.C. as they are closer to home and we can be more directly impacted by policies.

Double snow day!! 🌨️🌨️🌨️ Tomorrow, Tuesday March 17th will be another virtual learning day. I think a lot of people need that extra time to literally dig out! Huge shout out to all of the plow guys and snow removal crews for working tirelessly the last few days!

I was lucky enough to attend this! Congratulations again to our football team, and thank you to Representative Nate Gustafson for taking time out of your busy schedule to do this! 😃

The 55th Assembly District keeps winning! 🏆

Last week, I visited Winneconne Community School District to end my District Day by presenting a legislative citation to the Winneconne football team for winning the Division 4 WIAA State Championship this past fall. It was great to talk with the players and coaches and celebrate this big accomplishment with them! 🏈👏
