Electric motorbikes and toy vehicles are not allowed on trails, sidewalks, or streets.
If you don't have functional pedals, it exceeds 750 watts, or goes faster than 28 mph, it’s not an e-bike and is not legal to ride in public spaces.
In accordance with Windsor Municipal Code 8-12-40 and 8-11-30, the legal guardians of riders under 18 years old can and will be held responsible if stopped.
