Last week, SOAR and the Office of Spiritual Life teamed up to host a trip to the Bhavana Society in West Virginia. Students got to eat lunch with the monks and other visitors to the center, hear a teaching from His Holiness Bhante G, and practice walking meditation along the forest paths. It was an immersive experience in a beautiful setting that included contemplation, tranquility, and good food.
