This is what a WEF grant can become. 💙🐾

Freedom Canines got its start with the help of a grant from the Wimberley Education Foundation, and we love seeing this program continue to grow and give Wimberley ISD students such a unique experience.

And because last week was Homecoming week…of course the pups needed mums too! These adorable mums were made by a student, and we think they may have found the cutest models in Wimberley. 🐶

Supporting WEF means helping great ideas from our educators become real opportunities for our students—and Freedom Canines is a pretty special example of that. 💙

We love our Wimberley teachers! 💙🍎

One of our favorite things is getting to show a little appreciation for the incredible educators who give so much to our students every single day.

This morning, we had some fun surprising our teachers who were wearing their WEF shirts with a little money back in their pockets! We hope it was a small reminder of just how much they are valued and appreciated. Teachers, don’t worry if you missed it, we will be back next month to hand out some more!

Thank you, teachers, for all you do for Wimberley students. We are so grateful for you! 💙
