I've been listening!

I've seen the questions in local homeschool groups. I've heard parents say, "I know learning happens everywhere... I just don't know how to make the most of it."

This summer, I've been creating something new.
The Freedom Pathways Learning Map Series—parent resources created by a parent and educator, for parents.

These Learning Maps are designed for ages 3–18 and show you how everyday experiences—like making breakfast, grocery shopping, or taking a car ride—can become meaningful learning opportunities across multiple subjects.

Whether you use a curriculum, homeschool, unschool, or simply want to make the most of everyday moments during the summer and weekend, these resources are designed to give you the freedom, confidence, and flexibility to teach your way.

🏴‍☠️ Pirate Week was a success!

This week our homeschool pirates headed to the park for a themed learning adventure. Students practiced reading, writing, math, geography, and map-making through hands-on activities that felt more like play than school.

One of my goals is to show families that learning can happen anywhere—even during a simple trip to the park!
