#2 Phayden Mawyer
Phayden has always been one of those kids who is talented at just about anything he puts his mind to. He’s smart, funny, protective, strong-willed, and has a heart for helping others. He’s an amazing older brother and has always been so good with younger kids. One of the things I’m most proud of is his ability to face obstacles, overcome them, and still stay focused on what he wants for his future. He knows what he wants and isn’t afraid to work for it.
Football has been such a huge part of his life, and watching his hard work and natural talent develop over the years has been amazing. But as proud as I am of the football player he has become, I’m even more proud of the young man underneath that jersey.
Being my middle child, sometimes it feels like Phayden grew up right under my nose. Now somehow we’re already at his senior year, and I’m not quite sure how we got here so fast. I know he still has so much ahead of him, and I can’t wait to see where his determination takes him. No matter where that is, I’ll always be in his corner and one of his biggest fans. I’m beyond proud of you, Phayden. ❤️🏈
