Part 2: how I structure my life to support my nervous system before I’m already overwhelmed.

What helps me isn’t becoming more efficient at overriding myself.

It’s noticing what my body is communicating, creating more support, simplifying where I can, and having practices that help me come back to myself when everything around me feels loud.

In this two-part series, I’m sharing the tools I actually use to regulate, reset, and stay connected to myself while holding motherhood, entrepreneurship, ambition, and real life.

Because nervous system regulation isn’t about being calm all the time.

It’s about increasing our capacity to move through the chaos without completely abandoning ourselves inside of it.

And THAT is a skill I want every ambitious woman to have. ❤️

Part 1: the tools I use in the moment.

How do I “keep it together” at the beginning of the school year as a coach for female entrepreneurs, a mom of three going on four, with kids at different schools and a business I deeply care about?

The answer: I don’t try to hold it all perfectly. 😅

This is a two-part series on the actual tools I use to stay grounded, regulate my nervous system, and move through seasons that require a LOT of capacity.

Because this time of year has logistics on logistics on logistics.

Drop-offs. Pickups. Activities. Work. Clients. Appointments. A changing family rhythm. And in this season… a very pregnant body. 😂

My list might surprise you.

I’d ask myself:

🤍 Do they offer both masculine and feminine support?

🤍 When I imagine the woman I’ll become after working with them, what becomes possible?

🤍 Am I truly willing to go deep and do the uncomfortable work required for transformation?

For me, coaching has never been about someone giving me all the answers.

It’s about having someone walk beside me, hold up a mirror, ask powerful questions, and create a space where I can see possibilities I couldn’t access on my own.

I’m curious. What would be on your list?

Sometimes the path only makes sense when you turn around and look at the breadcrumbs behind you.

I can see them now.

The pivots.
The transformations.
The people.
The opportunities.
The endings.
The beginnings.
The miracles.
The Godshots.

One thing kept leading to another until eventually I found myself here.

Supporting women through their own transformations.

Helping them question what they’ve been taught is possible.

Helping them hear themselves underneath all the noise.

Helping them create lives and businesses that actually belong to them.

Maybe that’s why I believe so deeply in transformation today.

I’ve lived it.

And I know firsthand that sometimes the life waiting for you isn’t one you could have created from a five-year plan.

Sometimes you have to be willing to take off the blinders, follow the breadcrumbs and discover what’s possible as you go. ❤️
