This past weekend was the 41st Annual Eastern Region Middle School Music Festival at Enfield High School. Students auditioned back in December, and the best students (those with the highest audition scores) of approximately 40 schools in the Eastern Region were selected to perform in the choruses, band, orchestra, and jazz band.

HMS had six choral students selected to participate in the 70 person mixed choir. Students rehearsed all evening Friday (March 4th) from 4-8pm and then from 9am-4:30pm on Saturday (March 5th) before putting on a live concert for parents and families.

The following students represented our school with professionalism and we could not be more proud of each of them:

Here it is folks! HMS Virtual Drama's production of "Sixteen in 10 Minutes or Less." We wanted to wait to post the link until the entire school had had the opportunity to watch it, which they did today as part of their pre-holiday break activities.

This production was directed by Mr. Phillips and Miss Kathleen, and featured the talents of Lucas, Cadence, Payton, Maximos, Orion, Claire, Iris, Isla, Haylie, and Bella. Special thanks goes out to Kevin Shirey, who compiled the final video.

Thank you to everyone who joined us last night for our HMS Virtual Drama presents "Sixteen in 10 Minutes or Less" watch party! It was wonderful to see so many in the community and beyond come out to support these budding thespians; we love being able to share these productions with all of you!
