Job Posting: Army JROTC Instructor
Position Summary:

The Army JROTC Instructor is responsible for teaching and mentoring students through the Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (JROTC) program. The instructor develops student leadership skills, promotes citizenship, discipline, character education, and motivates cadets to become productive members of society.

Key Responsibilities:
Teach the Army JROTC curriculum in accordance with U.S. Army Cadet Command standards.
Instruct students in leadership, citizenship, health, wellness, and life skills.
Mentor and supervise cadets in extracurricular activities such as drill team, color guard, raider team, and community service events.
Maintain accountability of uniforms, equipment, and government property.
Assist with planning ceremonies, school events, and special programs.
Promote a positive classroom environment and uphold school policies.
Maintain records, lesson plans, reports, and cadet progress documentation.
Support student recruitment and retention efforts for the JROTC program.
