One-Thought-One-Action (OTOA)™ developed and founded by Master Teacher, and New York City Theater & Visual Artist, Gia Forakis. OTOA was originally developed by G.Forakis in 2002-03, as a method for achieving her theatrical aesthetic, as a stage director. By 2006-07, Forakis began teaching OTOA as a Performance Technique & Training, as OTOA PTT. By 2012-13, it became clear that OTOA was more than
a performance technique, and that it went beyond the stage, the rehearsal room and the classroom. And Gia brought the principles of OTOA into her own personal and professional practice. It was through this personal daily, quotidian application, that OTOA Creative Lie Practice (CLP)™ began to emerge. In 2015, Gia started developing the curriculum for OTOA CLP. Since then she has led OTOA CLP classes, workshops, intensives, residencies and private sessions in Creative Life Coaching (in person, SKYPE or FaceTime)
OTOA functions from an intuitive premise that leads the participant to liberate their motivations for a more detailed, physically engaged, dynamic and rooted sense of confidence in all their activities and areas of creativity.
