David Rude Equine Assisted Coaching

David Rude Equine Assisted Coaching David Rude MA, CPC, CGW, EAC. Change your approach to living and create a fresh start with yourself and others. Life can be hard for all of us at times.

I am certified Professional Coach & Equine Assisted Coach that can change your approach to living and create a fresh start with yourself and others. You may be challenged by stress and anxiety. You may assume life is easier for other people and therefore think poorly about yourself. You may be confused about your purpose and direction. Fortunately, with my support you can create the ability to cha

nge your approach to living and adapt. I will lift your weight and help you get on a new path to less stress and anxiety, positivity, and growth. I will walk you to success. What sets me apart from others is the long-term impact I've had on the people I've supported through life strategizing, coaching, mentoring, and teaching. My personal philosophy is "to build bridges" and that’s what I do. I connect or reconnect you with yourself, your ambitions, and your peace of mind. I bring people together in positive and impactful ways. I work with you to shift your perspective from “I can’t, I won’t, I shouldn’t, it isn’t possible, etc.” to “I can, I want to, I will, and it’s possible.”

I have found that horses can serve as teachers and guides and transport us to a new journey of self-awareness. Horses have been especially instrumental in my personal development. The connections I have made with these amazing animals throughout my life have been powerful and meaningful. My equine coaching program provides the space clients need to transition, develop, and rediscover. Consider what will happen if you don’t change? Working with me and, if you are interested, with our horses will help you (re)discover your sense of peace and purpose. You will move from a place of confusion and frustration to positivity and self-awareness. Whatever challenge you face or interest you have, together we can find solutions.

Happy New Year! Did you know that over 80% of new year’s resolutions fail and that, according to one recent study, over 40% of people expect to fail by February?! That’s right. A huge majority of well intentioned resolutions don’t even make it more than a couple months.

So let’s look at this differently. The decision to live your life honestly and purposefully will allow you to accept all the good you deserve, need, and really want in your life. Once you believe that you’re a worthwhile and valuable person you’ll change your way of thinking, your attitude towards daily life, and you’ll be so much happier.

Make the choice to accept goodness, hope, and peace of mind in your life. Know that you can go back to your old, safe ways if things don’t work out in this new way of thinking but give yourself permission to live differently and openly.

Equine Assisted Coaching may be just the thing to help you achieve these things and have a great 2022! I am here to assist you.

“Horses very naturally express basic instincts necessary to the physical, psychological and spiritual survival of human. Working with horses gives people a concrete, external way to master aspects of themselves that frighten them most. As clients learn to handle a horse and channel the animal’s drives, they spontaneously internalize the process. Through unconsciously identifying with the horses, individuals come to understand their own basic drives and the value of developing self-control. Working with a horse, they gain a new sense of self-mastery.” Dr. Adele McCormick, PhD.
