Big news for Evan! He kicked off his first rotation on Friday in MNC Health’s Inpatient Physical Therapy Department.

Evan brings a great attitude and a eager mindset to every task asked of him. There’s a lot to learn in this rotation, but we have no doubt he’s going to excel! Keep up the great work, Evan!

Payne has officially begun his first rotation! He is diving right in and learning all the ins and outs of the hospital dishroom.

The dishroom is a fast-paced environment with a lot of moving parts and constant activity, but Payne thrives in a dynamic setting! He enjoys the active workplace and is already off to a fantastic start. We know he’s going to do great in this rotation.

Rai has officially started his first rotation learning essential skills in the Environmental Services Department. Rai brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic to everything placed in front of him, setting himself up for big success.

Ringo has started his first internship at NMC Health! 🏥✨

He’s jumped right into action in the Emergency Department—a fast-paced rotation filled with many new skills to master. Here, Ringo is learning how to properly change the linens and sanitize an ER bed to ensure a clean, safe environment for patients.

Wyatt has started his first internship. He is in NMC Heath’s Materials Management Department. This rotation requires attention to detail and processes. He will do a great job and learn a lot in the department.

Part of being an adult and an active member of a community is giving back through service.

Recently, our Project SEARCH, NMC Health interns served our local community by picking up trash along the fence line north of the hospital. It was both a fun and rewarding task, and our interns are already looking forward to their next opportunity to serve! 💙🧹

Teamwork is an important part of most work places. Here at Project SEARCH we start our year with a fun activity of cup stacking. Teamwork helps us build a higher and more stable tower and makes the process of building more fun.

Project SEARCH, NMC HEALTH is fortunate to have a experienced Skills Trainer. Greg has been with us for 5 years. He relates well with our Inters and hospital staff. He works one-on-one with Inters as they learn skills throughout the hospital. He is an excellent member of the Project SEARCH team.
