Christa McAuliffe K8 Academy

During the summer months, Wichita Public Schools will host Tour Tuesdays to highlight needs and share information about the bond issue on the November 3, 2026 ballot.

The bond would allow Christa McAuliffe Academy to address traffic flow at our school which can help alleviate issues during drop-off and pick-up.

Join us to see how the upcoming bond will enhance our school.

Principal Johnston got to tour all of our district’s Future Ready Centers. The FRC’s are a collaboration with WSU Tech where any WPS high schooler can take classes and work towards industry certifications while earning college credit in areas such as Healthcare and Manufacturing.

Congratulations to Jorge, Mekando, Messiah, and Angelo on breaking three track records this season! We are so proud of you! 🏃 🏆

Good things happening at CMA!

The Monster Project - Kindergarteners drew a monster and 5th graders brought their creation to life with felt!

Our last orchestra concert is underway and already our students are sounding amazing! But as a bonus there is many animals here being promoted for adoption with the Wichita Animal Action League!!! Please come see all the amazing sounds and cute faces tonight.
