I already love how these color-changing earrings turned out, but now I'm seeing which of my other designs work best with this new style of finding. Sometimes a small change can completely transform the look and feel of an earring!

🎬 Behind the Therapy Room: The Work You Don't Always See 📚☕️

When you think about therapy, you might picture a therapist sitting in an office talking with a client.

But there's a whole lot that happens behind the scenes that you don't always see.

Therapists may spend time:

📚 Researching and learning new approaches
📝 Creating treatment plans and individualized goals
🧠 Thinking through how to explain complicated concepts in ways that actually make sense
✏️ Creating worksheets and activities
📖 Developing group curriculum and workbooks
💭 Reflecting on what strategies might help a client move forward
🧩 Connecting the dots between what someone is experiencing and what might help

Right now, behind my therapy room, I'm spending time creating a parenting workbook and developing an Anger Management group.

I love creating practical resources because sometimes knowing what we need to change isn't enough. We also need someone to help us figure out how to actually do it.

That's the part I'm working on—turning information into tools people can actually use in real life. ❤️

I'm excited to share more about these upcoming groups and the resources I'm creating as they take shape!
