Beliefs turn into thoughts and thoughts turn into emotions. Emotion is one of the primary forces of life. Emotions shape all of our actions and the results we create. Effective leaders have the ability to consistently move themselves and others to action because they understand the "invisible forces" of life.

Do you have an issue in your life that doesn’t seem to resolve no matter how hard you try?
Imagine your life as a ship.
Consider your conscious mind to be the captain of the ship, and your subconscious mind is the crew. The crew is in charge of ship maintenance and upkeep. The captain doesn’t have to think about that on a well-organized ship (just like how you are not consciously controlling or likely even thinking about breathing, your heart beating, or digestion).
The crew of a ship is also responsible for carrying out the captain’s orders as to what destination to navigate towards (just like your subconscious mind is responsible for the actions required to achieve the results desired by your conscious mind).
Problems can arise when there are miscommunications between captain and crew (and when there are miscommunications between your conscious and subconscious minds). The results you are hoping to see often escape you, and you can’t figure out why.
