💦 O.A.R. Fun Friday Update 💦

After the cooler temperatures from last night’s rain and a few unforeseen circumstances that have come up for some of our leaders, we’ve decided to reschedule today’s Rock River Rapids meetup.

📅 Our new date is Thursday, August 7!

We’re looking forward to getting everyone together for a fun day of swimming, fellowship, and making memories with our O.A.R. families. We hope you’ll be able to join us then!

Thank you all for your understanding and flexibility. We appreciate this wonderful community and can’t wait to see everyone on August 7th! ☀️🌊

✝️⚓ O.A.R. Homeschool Collective Enrollment Update ⚓

We are officially in the home stretch of preparing for an incredible year together, and enrollment is filling quickly!

‼️If you have not yet filled out an Interest Form, now is the time! This is the first step for families interested in joining O.A.R. Homeschool Collective.

📌 If your family has already completed an Interest Form and has been accepted into O.A.R., please complete your Enrollment Form and submit your $200 enrollment payment per student by August 15th to reserve your child’s spot.

Your enrollment payment allows us to begin purchasing curriculum and supplies, finalizing class rosters, and preparing an amazing year for our students!

Because we intentionally keep our community smaller to foster meaningful friendships, discipleship, and quality learning experiences, enrollment will remain open only until our classes are full. Once we reach capacity, enrollment will close for the school year.

If O.A.R. has been on your heart, don’t wait! We would love to welcome your family into our community. If you have any more questions, please reach out so we can answer them!

We never want finances to be the reason a family misses out. If the enrollment payment creates a financial hardship, please reach out to us. We are happy to have a conversation and will do our best to work with families whenever possible.

Our heart is to cultivate a Christ-centered homeschool community that raises children who are Obedient in faith, Anchored in truth, and Redeemed through Christ.

‼️Change of plans today for our fun Friday meet up. Edgewater splash pad is closed for maintenance so we will be meeting at high Park splash pad in Derby at 11:30! We hope this isn’t too much of an inconvenience for anyone, and if you were planning to come, you’re still able to make it🫶🏽

One of our favorite parts of summer is getting together with other homeschool families for simple, fun, low-pressure meetups.
No lessons. No schedules. No curriculum.
Just kids making memories, parents building friendships, and families enjoying the freedom and community that homeschooling provides.

Whether you’ve been homeschooling for years or you’re just getting started, we’d love for you to join us!
