Middle School New Student Orientation - Wednesday, August 12
First Day of School- Thursday, August 13

Isely Families- a four-way stop will be put in place at the intersection of 53rd and Woodlawn before school starts.

Starting August 10, the intersection at 53rd Street and Woodlawn will be converted to a four-way stop to improve safety and help reduce the risk of future accidents.

In addition to installing blinking LED stop signs in all four directions with new pavement markings, stop ahead signs will be added to improve visibility and give drivers advance notice as they approach the intersection.

In-person enrollment is July 27 and 28 from 12-7 pm. Don't forget to bring proof of address. Kindergarten families need to enroll in-person.

Applications for free or reduced-price meals are now available. To determine if your student qualifies for free or reduced-priced meals, textbook rentals, athletic fees, instrument rentals and other student fees, submit a completed “Application for Free and Reduced-Price School Meals” through LINQ Connect. Stop by the PTO Uniform Closet during in-person enrollment to get stocked up with uniforms. If you have gently used uniform items to donate, you can drop them off in the office next week.

Mark your calendar, it'll soon be time for enrollment!

We have online and in-person options:

📌 Online enrollment for the 2026-27 school year will be available for grades 1-12 starting Tuesday, July 7. Kindergarteners should enroll in person to take the Ages and Stages Questionnaire.

📌 In-person enrollment will be 12 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday and Tuesday, July 27-28, at WPS schools.

📌For our families who speak other languages, we will have Centralized Multilingual Enrollment 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday, July 9, and Monday, July 13, at the district administrative center, 903 S. Edgemoor.
