Just a reminder that meet the teacher is August 11th from 4:00-6:00! This is a come and go event where you and your child get to meet their teacher and learn all about us! We can’t wait to see you

Help us welcome Mrs. Cook as our new principal for Haynes and Brook Village!!

🎉 Please help us congratulate Cassie Cook on being named the Early Learning Principal for Brook Village Early Childhood Center and Haynes Head Start!

Cassie begins her 20th year with Wichita Falls ISD, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for early childhood education to this new leadership role.

Throughout her career, she has served our students and staff in a variety of positions, including:
🍎 4 years as an Aide
📚 6 years as an Elementary Teacher
💡 5 years as an Instructional Coach
🏫 2 years as Assistant Principal at Milam Elementary
⭐ 2 years as Kindergarten–1st Grade Curriculum Specialist

Our campus front office staff are back and ready to assist with enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year!

🕗 All WFISD campuses are open Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM to answer your questions by phone or help you in person.

💻 Important Reminder: Online enrollment cannot be completed on a cell phone. Please use a computer or laptop. If you don't have access to one, visit your child's campus and use a district computer with assistance from our staff.

It's time to start checking off those Back-to-School shopping lists! School supply lists for every WFISD campus are now available on our website:

A few important reminders:

✅ Kate Burgess Elementary, Scotland Park Elementary, and Zundy Elementary students will receive their school supplies at their campus through Project Back to School.

✅ Qualifying students at all other WFISD campuses may receive free school supplies by attending Project Back to School on Saturday, August 1.

✅ Students attending Hirschi Middle School, Southern Hills Elementary, and Booker T. Washington Elementary will have school supplies provided through Third Future Schools.
