Sometimes it’s all in the little details. What started off as pictures to post this bike for sale ended up in a really cool and photogenic picture in my hometowns train station! Loved this set and how it all turned out!

Taking photos should be something that is fun. It’s easy to let the composition of the photo and everything behind that get in the way of creativity. It’s amazing to be able to have friends and family that allow me to be creative and take pictures of them and have fun doing it. These are just a few of those friends and some of the moments that I have been able to capture.

After 4 years of dating, this past Valentine’s Day, he decided to pop the question. EJ and I have been friends since elementary school, so when he asked me to capture the special moment in their journey, I was honoroed.

During a couples session, one of our main priorities is the pair being comfortable infront of the camera. To capture genuine moments we’ll ask the couple to do a few things like: having them play tag, dance, or conspiring with one person for a suprise fireman carry! Translating the true connection in your relationship from real life to a still image is our goal! If you’ve been wanting to have a fun shoot with your significant other but are nervous becasue you think you just won’t know what to do… don’t worry, that’s what we’re here for!

Fun story behind this session: a while back when I got my first filters, I was stoked to see what I could create with them! My girlfriend and I drove all over town to find any light we could use to catch a good flare. She randomly found a lighter in the car, so we took inspiration from a shoot done by when we found this neon sign in a store front. Spontaneous and creative sessions end up creating the best memories! Still one of my favorite shoots to date!
