Many of you have asked me privately about my relationship with Bliss Cruise and why I am no longer teaching aboard their cruises, so I want to address it directly.

First and foremost, my love for Bliss Cruise and the community I built there has not changed. ❤️

For years, I had the incredible opportunity to educate, connect, laugh, learn, and grow alongside so many of you. My classes and playshops consistently filled—often selling out cruise after cruise—and your continued support was something I never took for granted.

Recently, Bliss promoted a fellow educator to Director of Education. Following that change in leadership, I was informed that my educational services would no longer be needed aboard Bliss.

I want to be transparent: the current Director of Education and I have a history of personal conflict, and I believe those personal grievances influenced the decision to discontinue working with me.

That is the most disappointing part of this situation.

I firmly believe there should be room in this industry for multiple educators with different voices, perspectives, personalities, and areas of expertise. Professional leadership requires us to separate personal feelings from business decisions—particularly when those decisions affect educators whose programs have demonstrated consistent demand from the community.

My classes were successful. You showed up. You filled the rooms. You came back. And many of you have continued asking when and where you can take my classes again.

So while I am disappointed in how this chapter ended, I refuse to allow someone else's decision about where I can teach determine where I get to educate.

And THAT brings me to the exciting part…

I am SOOOOO PROUD to announce that I will officially be joining Fantasea Connections as an educator in February 2027! 🚢🔥❤️

New ship. New adventures. Same Dr. Stephanie.

Nothing about the circumstances surrounding my departure changes the friendships, memories, ridiculous amounts of laughter, incredible conversations, or connections we created together. Those relationships belong to us—not to a cruise line or an educational program.

Sometimes a door closes that you weren't ready to walk away from.

And sometimes you realize…
