I'll be at the school from 930-1130 MONDAY, June 15 for anyone who needs to pick up an item from our drawing!

This will be the last time for a bit as I have VBS at my church next week and my family is going on vacation shortly after that! If you are unable to come, please know I have your name written down and will get with you to get your shirt when we open back up in August. I won't forget about you :)

Also, I've noticed we have some new folks that have won things or added us ....so....If you're new...we are a program of the high school and the students are at home for the summer! I'm up at the shop periodically as I finish up orders that people needed this summer (camps, vbs, etc).

If you need to get ahold of us this summer the best way is through email. You can reach me at [email protected]! I will get back to you to you as quick as I can.

We will be back open for the school year in August :) We appreciate your support and cannot wait to create for you! We have some GREAT and fantastic things ahead AND more drawing coming soon!! You're going to want to keep a lookout for us and the great things coming!! :)

Drawing for DEFEND THE DERRICK shirts! I will be at the print shop tonight from 6-620ish tonight and then back at 715-815 tonight. I'll also be there tomorrow from 915-1015am if that's easier for some folks! I had to adjust times a bit but I'll make sure we get your shirt to you!!

I am so sorry for the delay!

I am drawing for the DEFEND THE DERRICK SHIRTS in just a few minutes. I will post those tomorrow (so everyone can see this post first)

There are several who have not picked up their shirt from previous designs so I will post those below and please tag them (sometimes it won't let me tag folks) so they can get with me to pick up!

I will be up at the school tomorrow (Tuesday, June 9) from 6-8pm for you to pick up. If this does not work for you, not a problem, just get with me for a pick up time!

important! I have a sick kid today so I will do the following tomorrow:

(1) if your name was drawn you can pick up your shirt from 830-11 tomorrow at the print shop (or another time - I won't give it away)

(2) I will draw the names for the Defend the Derrick shirts (I need to make those first. i was going to do that today but it will have to be tomorrow or Tuesday) and post those names

Day 3 of designs for the fall that we're sharing with you now!

This one was started by Coach Boyett a while back but we've kept it going strong and we're reviving it next year as we bring about a new season of being proud to be apart of White Oak!

Here's your question for the day: Who is one person who has made White Oak "home" for you?

Maybe they welcomed you in when you were new, maybe they were your best friend through all the years, maybe they supported you or your kids or family through trials and hard seasons, had your back or celebrated you, maybe they challenged you or convinced you to join a club/group/sport you were hesitant to step into, maybe they spent countless nights at games or events cheering you on...whatever it was and whoever it was, when you think of White Oak, you think of them! They stand for what's right, step up when needed, and are what White Oak Roughnecks are all about. They were/are the true example of DEFEND THE DERRICK and what makes our home, home :) So tell us all about them :)

Today is day 2 of sharing our new designs with you! The designs shared this week will not be in our store until August but you get an advanced chance to receive one NOW!

I tagged the names drawn from yesterday in the post below! Congrats to you all! Information on how to receive your item is in that post as well!

NOW for TODAY'S new design! Collaborated again with Coach Thiel -- our newest athletic design is GRIT! Don't we all need a little of this in our lives? We all hit obstacles but we can't give up - we have to persevere and run the race with endurance - whether life or sports, we have to push through to get to our goal!

Now for your question of the day - it's ALMOST the last day of school, so ....tell us in 1 sentence a teacher AT WHITE OAK that has impacted you or your child or your family and why. Our teachers and coaches (and students) sure have to have some grit in the classroom/on the field or court as they help kids succeed and help them overcome obstacles each day! So let's give them a shout out today! :)

It may be almost summer but we're already working on things for August!

so.....Who wants a chance to start sporting our new Roughneck attire before everyone else?

Each day this week we will post a new design and ask you a question -- all you have to do is answer the question and share our post and you can be entered to receive our Game Day designs NOW!

First up, a twist on our necks logo, created by our new Athletic Director Coach Thiel! He's partnering with us this year to make sure you have access to the same designs our athletes will wear in the fall!

We've already made him one and we're in the process of stocking our store for August with more of these! We have TEN ready to receive advance release! Answer the question and share our post and you may be chosen to receive one!

First question of the week: What do you love about White Oak?

IMPORTANT!!! We have been down with a broken machine the past 2 weeks and it has been a HOT MESS up in here with us at a standstill and trying to get orders out that were already placed before our machine decided to go kaput on us. So many people have stepped in and helped us during this time! I'd like to take a second to thank them:

*First I'd like to thank Classic Stitch for allowing us to come and use their screen print machines last Friday. We were able to complete 4 large group orders during the day and it helped us get caught up! Mary even said we could come back if we needed to anytime so I am very appreciative of that! In this world, very few people are willing to help because of competition or whatever and Mary and her crew never hesitated in helping us!

*Also, my senior practicum girls, Marlee and Ally, for stepping up and pressing a ton of shirts, taking a day off of school to screen print for 7 hours straight at Classic Stitch. And Kinnadie for pressing all the shirts as well! It sounds like an easy job but it's more detailed than it sounds and takes a lot of work!

*Also, Stitches by Kathleen for coming in clutch and printing all our DTF prints to help us get softball and baseball playoffs out the door for the teams! (baseball is coming next week and we are so grateful for her printing 60+ prints -front and back - for us so the teams have them in time!)

*To Barry and his maintenance crew for working on and ordering parts needed to hopefully fix our machine! This machine is foreign to everyone (because very few schools have screen print dryers lol) but they have been diligent in helping us get back up and running! (fingers crossed it'll be working by next week!)

*And finally, to our customers for being patient with us and being understanding with our unconventional way we're doing things right now! It's been a mess but no one has complained (at least not loud enough for us to hear lol ) and have been very understanding of all the things! We understand that when you spend your money on items you want them done correctly and at a high quality and we have been working overtime to ensure that i happening even in the midst of crazy situation on our end!

If you've made it this far, thank you so much! We appreciate your continued support and we cannot wait to continue to create for you! We have exciting new things coming next school year and we cannot wait to share them with you!

(2) do you want cotton or dri-fit
(3) glitter or no glitter
(4) girly white oak design or traditional white oak design
(5) if you are a sports parent you can tell us what sport your kid plays or if you have a sport # to add, or band parent or any other information you'd like to share to help us create for you :)

you can request up to 3 items and we will make them for you! $10 per item (youth through adult xl), $12 for 2x, $14 for 3x!
