The past two days of classes at Powerhouse have been SO much fun! 🙌🏼 From familiar faces returning to the studio to brand-new students joining the PDT family, the energy has been absolutely incredible!

Our students have already been working hard, learning new skills, making new friends, and getting back into the swing of things!

What an AMAZING first night back at Powerhouse! The studios were full, the music was playing, and our dancers and tumblers came READY to work!

We are excited to welcome everyone back into the studio and kick off another incredible year of dance, tumbling, cheer, growth, friendships, and FUN! ✨

✨ ✨ MEET THE 2026-2027 TEAM ✨ ✨

Taylor Boccarossa is a native to Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Her dance history began at the age of 2. Taylor is a proud alumni of MK Studios (Powerhouse) having joined their opening year. She was the first recipient of the Platinum Achievement award in 2013.

Throughout high school, Taylor participated in recreational and competitive dance. She has won both regional and national awards for her solo and group dances.

Taylor has completed EMT training and is currently a certified first responder. Over the past years, she has assisted and taught both dance and tumble classes for a variety of students ages 2-18. When Taylor is not teaching her students, she is enjoying time with her family and loving on her cats.

She is thankful for Powerhouse giving her the opportunity to share her love of all things dance & tumbling and is grateful to be a part of the staff for another great season!

✨ ✨ MEET THE 2026-2027 TEAM ✨ ✨

Alexis Coleman is a proud graduate of White Hall High School and an alumni from PDT. While she may be new to our staff, she is certainly no stranger to the competition stage! Throughout her years as a competitive dancer with Powerhouse, she has earned multiple regional and national titles, developing into a talented, versatile performer with a strong work ethic and a passion for dance.

Growing up in the competitive dance world has given Alexis firsthand experience with the dedication, discipline, teamwork, and confidence it takes to succeed both in the studio and on stage. She is currently enrolled at Southeast Arkansas College where she is studying Radiology.

Alexis brings a fun, energetic personality to the classroom and is eager to help her students grow in their technique, performance quality, and confidence. Getting to work with the younger dancers is something she has always enjoyed over the years, and she can’t wait to share her love of dance with the younger generation!
