Today I traveled to Windrose at Weymouth for an extra special experience. Not only did the magnificent resident yogis show up with open hearts, but we were blessed to be joined by a special guest. Harper is 9 and an absolute star.

Being together in this multigenerational practice filled me up more than I can say. Big, big thanks to for organizing and including her wonderful girl.
