It is with a sad heart that we say goodbye to our Elmore County HIPPY coordinator Mrs. Sherry Spigener. She has been an invaluable member of the HIPPY team displaying great leadership and vision for the HIPPY program. We wish her only the best in her much deserved retirement.

Elmore County HIPPY would like to welcome Mrs.Christy Dean as the new HIPPY Coordinator. Christy has been a valuable member of our HIPPY team for the past 2 years and we look forward to her leadership.

Something extra fun is coming to the City of Wetumpka Farmers Market!

Make plans to bring the kids and stop by when our friends from 4-H visit the market this Thursday from 9:00am-1:00.

Be sure to stop by their booth, say hello and join in the fun. It’s a great chance for kids to learn, explore and make some memories while enjoying the market.

National Biscuit Day Storytime
Join us as we celebrate by reading books about a sweet dog named Biscuit.
There will be stories, fun and a craft.

We had a great 2025-2026 school year that ended with our graduation and moving up ceremony. Thank you to all the families who participated in the HIPPY program this year.

We still have spaces available, so our original deadline has been extended.

Drop by the library by next Thursday, May 28th , to get your 1st-6th grader registered. 🙂
