February is all about showing up 🎤✨

Here’s our February schedule at Weston Area Toastmasters.
All meetings are now in person going forward, and there will be no meeting on February 16 in observance of Presidents Day.

We enjoyed three impactful speeches, with Joanna delivering her icebreaker, Felipe with How to choose better goals this year and Isabelle sharing her insights on the three types of change.

and Allen received Best Evaluator 🏅

We also welcomed two guests and kept the focus on showing up, learning, and getting better together. ✨

Our team attended TLI for officer training, investing in stronger leadership and better meetings. We’re also proud of Isabelle for leading her own workshop at the institute and sharing her knowledge with the wider Toastmasters community 🏅✨

Our first meeting is our club contest, the second meeting will be on Zoom, and the third Monday will be our final meeting of 2025.

Last meeting of November created a real ripple of growth 🌊

We welcomed a guest, enjoyed two strong speeches, including Sandeep’s icebreaker and William’s speech, and switched things up with a fun improv game. Members had one minute to speak while adapting to new words added in real time, building confidence, focus, and quick thinking. 🎤
