Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder: 1/2 tsp
Coriander/Dhaniya Powder: 2 tsp
Garam Masala: 1 tsp
Chickpeas Flour / Besan: 1 tbsp
Kasuri Methi / Fenugreek Leaves: 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
