When you slash calories and stack intense workouts on top of each other, your body doesn’t always think, “glow up.”

It thinks: 🚨 DANGER.

And when your body feels like it needs to protect you, it can shift into survival mode instead of supporting the results you’re looking for.

That’s when you may start noticing:

• Worse PMS
• Irregular or missing periods
• Low progesterone
• Stubborn, puffy weight
• Mood swings
• Exhaustion that no supplement seems to fix
• Bloating and discomfort

Your body isn’t working against you. It’s communicating with you.

Sometimes, the answer isn’t eating less and doing more. It’s giving your body enough food, rest, recovery, and consistency to feel safe again. 🤍

Your body is sending signals. Don’t ignore them — connect the dots.

Comment QUIZ and discover which one of the 4 stress types is secretly messing with your metabolism.

If I worked out hard or not at all, it didn’t matter.

My body backfired. And it was FRUSTRATING. Not understanding why my body felt against me, no matter how hard I tried to understand.

After 8+ years of teaching online and in-studio fitness classes as an AFAA certified instructor and walking on my own healing journey, I found I was missing a BIG piece.

[👉🏼Comment SYNC and I’ll send you a link about the InSync Fitness method.]

The culture of fitness is to push through workouts. And you get compliments when you go above and beyond your limits.

But that doesn’t mean your body feels the same way.

👉🏼Your body needs variety of movement to honor your hormones, energy, and nervous system because that’s adjusting to what your body is saying.

So all of the struggling with inflammation and slow metabolism… it’s just our bodies asking “please, can you adjust to why I need?”

💪🏼 I created InSync Fitness because after a decade of my own experience, I finally understood how teaching to listen to your body—even when it comes to fitness—can take your health to a new level. ⭐️

I teach online classes:
POWER
FLOW
RESTORE
BREATHE

To offer exactly what your nervous system needs based on your cycle (if you have a period) or energy (if you don’t have a period or are perimenopausal).

When you turn off sneaky stress signals, your metabolism finds its rhythm again. ❤️

You don’t crave sugar at night because you “can’t control yourself.”

I know that’s what it feels like in the moment…

standing in the kitchen, going back for another snack after telling yourself you were done.

Thinking:
👉 “why do I keep doing this?”
👉 “I was doing so good all day…”

But your body isn’t trying to mess you up, it's really just trying to catch up.

All day you might have been:
• running on coffee/caffeine
• skipping or delaying meals
• eating quickly or on the go
• pushing through stress without a real break

So by the time night hits…

your body is like:
👉 “we need energy/ fun/ relaxation… NOW”

And the fastest, easiest way to do that?
Sugar or food.

Food is gives us quick pleasure and it can help our bodies feel steady again, momentarily.

This is where most people think: “I just need to do better.”

But it’s not about saying "no" at night…
it’s about supporting your body earlier in the day.

✨ eating consistently
✨ building balanced meals
✨ giving your body actual breaks
✨ creating routines your body can trust

Because when your body can trust you for what it needs, those cravings lessen. And over time, completely vanish.

This is exactly what I help my clients with: Turning off the sneaky stress signals so your body doesn’t have to “ask” for quick fixes later.

If you’ve been stuck in the cycle of “doing good all day” → “snacking all night”...

Comment “QUIZ” and I’ll help you figure out which stress pattern your body is stuck in
(and what to shift so this finally feels easier). ❤️

Irregular periods don't happen for no reason. They're often your body's way of telling you something needs attention.

Your hormones respond to what your body experiences every day.

When your body feels:
• under-fueled
• stressed
• inconsistent
• always "on"
..it may pause ovulation, even if you don't feel stressed.

That can lead to:
• irregular or missing periods
• worse PMS
• low progesterone
• feeling off in your body

Your cycle isn't failing you. It's communicating with you.

A little green challenge💚

Some mornings my breakfast looks like the first one. Other mornings I’m just feeling eggs and toast.

Instead of trying to make every meal perfect, I focus on getting something green in every meal (or pick your veggie color of choice 😆).

Sometimes it’s micro greens and kiwis… or sometimes it’s a packet of Good Green Vitality mixed with water. Either way, we’re not stressin 💁🏻‍♀️

I’ve been loving Nuzest’s lately because in includes my daily vitamins and minerals. Check check! ✅

If you’ve been looking for an easy way to get more greens, vitamins, and minerals into your day without overthinking it, I’ve really been enjoying the sachets.

💚 Tap my bio link to save 20% on Good Green Vitality packets and try it out!

(P.S. Green is my favorite color 🤭)

Ever catch yourself thinking, "I'm eating healthy... so why don't I feel my best?"

The answer may not be what you're eating. It may be how you're eating.

Many of us eat on autopilot without realizing it:

• Skipping breakfast and relying on coffee.
• Waiting too long between meals.
• Grabbing mostly carbs because life gets busy.
• Eating while standing or scrolling on your phone.
• Forgetting to eat one day, then feeling ravenous the next.

⭐️ Here are 5 habits your nervous system appreciates:

Eat within an hour of waking.
Include protein with your meals.
Sit down while you eat.
Put away distractions during meals.
Keep your meal timing as consistent as you can.

They're small routines that help your body feel safe, supported, and steady.

When your nervous system feels safe, your body can:

✨ Digest food more efficiently.
✨ Support healthier hormone balance.
✨ Reduce cravings for quick energy like sugar and refined carbs.

You don't need to eat perfectly.

You just need a rhythm your body can trust.

The *best* workout is NOT the one that burs the most calories...

It's the one your body most benefits from and prepares it for what comes next.

That's the idea behind my new Today's Perfect Workout Quiz. (Coming soon! 🙌)

Nature doesn't stay in one season, and your body wasn't designed to either. Some days you're ready to push. Other days your body is asking for recovery, steady movement, or a little more support.

I'm not talking about getting an hall pass to not workout. I'm talking about giving your body the right challenge at the right time so every workout builds on the last.

✨ My free quiz will help you discover whether your body is craving RESTORE, FLOW, or POWER that day.

Comment MATCH or send me a DM, and I'll make sure you're the first to get it!
